My bff is on her way to the hospital 11 weeks pregnant!

My bff is on her way to the hospital, she said she went to the bathroom and had blood all over her underwear and compared it to her period blood.. She is 11 weeks no cramps or any other symptoms! What do you ladies think? I am freaking out trying to stay calm but I have miscarried before and I do not want her to go through the same thing! Advice please! I'm hoping it's just maybe placenta previa
