Stomach pain and diarrhea at night?

I'm fine during the day but around 4ish my stomach aches and I have loose stools often. I am 11wk4days. Anyone else or thoughts?

It could be a food issue, so tracking is a good idea.  Then again, it may just be that you are pregnant and 3 am is when you get to feel crappy!  Sorry!

A regular food item during the day possibly causing irritation? Maybe keep a food diary for a few days and see if there's a culprit.
