Teething at 12 weeks?

Question

Could my baby be teething already at 12 weeks?  She has been drooling more, and the past couple weeks hasn’t been sleeping as well, and then today is super irritable and only wants to be held and she has a temperature of 99.2 (ps- should we be worried or just give some infant Tylenol?).

Some babies do teeth earlier then others my first had a full set by 9 months 😳. My second by 10 months my ped actually made a comment she think this little guy will be a early tether as well so it can happen for sure

my son is 12 weeks today, has been drooling like crazy, everything goes in his mouth, low grade fevers, having issues staying latched on his bottles, etc. ive been thinking hes starting to teeth also !!

I’m also wondering! Babes is 13weeks today. Acting the exact same, minus a temperature. She also has just figured out she can put toys and such in her mouth so I think that’s why she likes chewing on them. 🤷🏽‍♀️
