Contractions..
Anyone know if it’s normal to have more frequent contractions while laying down? 🤔 They’re pretty intense & will wake me up out of a dead sleep in the middle of the night. I get a few when I’m sitting/standing but definitely not as many as when I lay down. I just find it weird & I’m not sure whether I should be counting them when they happen.
