Groin area and lower abdominal pain?

I'm going on 34 weeks. Is it normal to be sore in my groin area and lower abdominal?

Def look up round ligament pain. I've been having something similar and when my dr mentioned that and I looked it up, it described what I was feeling to a T.

Normal.... Try to keep your knees together as much as you can when rolling over, putting on pants, getting out of the car, etc... It helps a lot!

To help with that get on your hands and ones and do pelvic rocks. This will help baby get in a good position for birth and will help to relieve some of your pain. Try to do at least 40 a day! I swear by them!!!

Round ligament stretching? My Dr said that's what it is I went in cuz it felt like my groin was bruised it hurt to move

I have been having this for 4+ weeks on and off.  My doctor looked at me like l was crazy! It's super uncomfortable 😕

I pulled my groin of Fourth of July and it has never healed. Now that I'm 35 wks its just getting worse. It's getting harder to walk also.
