When do you get your first ultrasound?

I'm about to be 5 weeks

I had my first, an internal ultrasound, at 8 weeks. I had another at around 12 I think, but that was part of the early screening tests we opted to do. My next with my doctor is at my 20 week.

Ive already had 3 and am not even 6 weeks. This is due to trying to locate the baby though with fear of ectopic.

I didn't get my first one until I was 11 weeks, just depends on your doc. I've heard people getting them at 8 weeks..

If you call in saying you're cramping they will give you an ultrasound sooner to check for a tubal pregnancy... I was so anxious... So I told a white lie. It calmed my nerves and made my pregnancy feel "real".
