Can a car accident effect your period?

I was rear ended March 25th and got a concussion and whiplash (in my back). I was supposed to get my period on the 4th of April and I’m always VERY regular. I took a test on the 5th and it was negative. I still haven’t gotten my period and am very confused why I don’t have it. Could the car accident have effected it that much or does it sound more like late ovulation where I am pregnant and it isn’t far enough along to show up on a test? Also been leaking milk and EXHAUSTED and I haven’t breast fed for almost 2 years... any input would help!! TYIA
