Is it normal to squirt but not orgasm?

So.. my current partner can make me squirt which I’ve never been able to do in any previous relationships. Obviously it feels good but sometimes I hardly even notice or only notice when I see it, is this normal? It never is more intense/feels more like an orgasm after a couple times squirting in the same session. Should I be having an orgasm every time or is it normal to not feel the sensation at times?? X
