Mamas who have given birth before...
I’ve had a NST today and this was one of my biggest contractions at around 60ish and it felt uncomfortable but not painful/can’t talk through it. What were your peaks during labor? Do they use a different number scale when your actually in labor? The nurse seemed pretty surprised that I wasn’t in pain so I was just curious what everyone else’s experience was.
