So please help me, kind of weirded out here. For the past 9 years, I've had super light irregular periods, doctors have said its due to my low body fat percentage and slew of athletic activities. For years it's been roughly one period every 3ish months. I started Depo shots almost 3 years ago, but that didn't change anything period-wise. All the sudden, today, I started my period and have bled through all THREE of the 'super' sized tampons I used since this morning. This is freaking me out because I always only bleed enough for ONE light/regular tampon a day. So you can see the dramatic difference. I'm about to go in for my next Depo shot tomorrow morning (I'm almost a week into my window for it). I haven't lost or gained weight, either.
