Hyperventilating 16 weeks pregnant
Today was the first day I have been pretty active since being pregnant due to extreme fatigue. I actually had some energy and plus my doctor said it’s safe to workout and do things now...
So I decided to wash my SUV and also my step moms car.
Partly through that I started to lose my breath and it was super hard to take a nice deep breath when I tried to relax and take a break.
Later tonight I was crying and worked up over a bunch of things. I noticed how I couldn’t get a deep breath and then I started getting really freaked out because I felt like I couldn’t breath.
That led to having a panic attack because even though I could breath through my nose I felt like I wasn’t breathing and my chest was super tight and started to spread to my back and neck getting tense and sore.
I was hyperventilating really bad and finally just now calmed down but I’m still having trouble breathing in.
I know this is normal to have trouble breathing as the baby starts growing more but can hyperventilating harm the baby?
And also does anyone have a tips on how I can get myself to breath better and calm down faster? Is it safe to get an inhaler while pregnant to help me when I get like this?
