Anyone know what this is?

Ive had this bump on my inner thigh for months. Its a about the size of a quater and has not grown. I've popped it and it was full of some clear liquid and alot of blood. If anyone can identify this I would really appreciate this. Thank You!

Other factors:

- I am overweight and do get zits in that area but this is difrent that anything I seen before

- I am not sexualy active
