Not sure if this is actually implantation

We found out I was pregnant exactly a week ago today. My doctor ordered labs the following day and said my progesterone level was a little low so she put me on a progesterone supplement. I went in 2 days later for follow ups and tests looked good but I was having severe cramping for a fee hours that day and then started heavyish spotting. I have stopped bleeding since then and now it is dark brown and has some chunks in it.

I was told not to worry, it is likely implantation bleeding but with the amount and now going on 5 days I'm starting to think I am miscarrying.

BUT

My boobs are still very tender, I'm still exhausted and prgnancy tests are still positive. So not sure what is going on 😬

I'm trying really hard not to stress about it but I had an ectopic almost a year ago and I can't stop thinking about it.

I go back and forth between not wanting to get my hopes up and telling myself it is likely a miscarriage to being very optimistic and thinking about babys name.

What do you all think???
