Allergies and 18 weeks

So I’m 18 weeks and springtime allergies have hit me HARD, even though I’ve literally never had a problem with allergies before 🙄. My throat is raw and I cough constantly, congestion has taken over my face, and my eyes are red, watery, and puffy 😩. Zyrtec doesn’t even touch my symptoms and Benadryl knocks me tf out. I can deal with the congestion and watery eyes but I cannot stand my throat hurting like this. What can I take or do to soothe my raw throat when I can’t take and cough medicine or anything?
