Okay sooo I've had soo much pressure on my blatter today, I'm 15 + 3 .... wondering if it's gas pains or something else and if it's gas how do I rid of this uncomfortable situation ughhhh

Yes!! Yesterday I felt it more than ever and scared me a little.. I had some friendsover and had to let a few out hiding in my guest bathroom 💨💨😂😂😂

Do some yoga. Look up dr oz gas episode. Down ward dog. Trust me it works and you'll feel so much better. Avoid partner though
