Newborn poop?

My daughter is a week old and she only had one bowel movement last night but didn’t have any other than that one all day and still hasn’t had another one. Her doctor has had to change her formula twice now because regular enfamil made her projectile vomit every time she ate and procobee gave her severe diarrhea so he put her on Alimentum this last Saturday. She was using the bathroom just fine until yesterday and the little quarter size poop she did have last night wasn’t hard or anything. I hope it’s not her formula because she’s already had it changed so much but you’d think if it was the formula shed have problems before now since she’s been on it since Saturday.... I don’t know, someone please help.😩😩
