Lighter line??

I’m just going to preface this by saying I’m super paranoid. pregnancy is scary enough as it is, but I had a miscarriage and d+c in November, and am currently (unexpectedly) pregnant with our rainbow baby 🙏🏻🤞🏻

I didn’t get a positive until I was 3 or 4 days late, which has never happened to me. I’ve been testing every day to make sure the lines are getting darker. I will say, I tend to get better results in the afternoons? Which is weird, but whatever. Anyway, my test from this morning looks lighter than my 2 from yesterday. I know

HCG only doubles every 48 hours, but it still shouldn’t be lighter. anyone had this happen?? Today’s test is totally dry, so I don’t think it’s going to get any darker.
