Harder then I thought this time

Where to start. I am currently 42. After a miscarriage in the spring last year we finally got pregnant again in December. It’s been a rough ride. I’ve had spotting and they noticed a small bleed in my placenta at week 7. I am currently 21 weeks. Baby boy is active. Had genetic screening done at 10 weeks and it came back with very low chance of any abnormalities or genetic disabilities. That was a relief. According to the anatomy scan baby looks great and healthy and on target for growth. But they needed to check my placenta again. So they did and I just got a call that I am being referred to a special ultrasound to check my placenta for abnormalities. I am so upset and freaking out right now...
