Would you quit?

I got offered a job back in November and since I've started I've been training. I took a maternity leave and when I came back my training is a mystery. The head of training is barely ever there so I haven't completed mandatory training. I'm leaving my 3 kids at home 4 yo 1.5 yo and 2 month old for 9 hrs a day to sit at an office and do nothing pretty much. My supervisor isn't to blame and she's very sweet so I feel guilty wanting to leave. Also I was told I'd be at an office that's 15 mins from home until baby is 1 and now they have me driving almost 30 mins out.
