So I get this pulsating/throbbing pain in my lower back for about 10sec it happens every few days or so I’m 37 weeks exactly today

Sciatic nerve pain... I get a weird tingly feeling on my tailbone depending on how I’m sitting/standing/kneeling.

Does it remind you of period pains? Like cramping? It could be back labor in the early stage of labor. Google the stages of labor. There is a latent phase of stage one which could take weeks and includes back labor pains.
