Almost 2 weeks PP and still passing clots? Is it normal??

So, I'm almost two weeks PP which I'll be on Sunday, but I'm still passing some clots here and there. Nothing big, but maybe nickel size sometimes and definitely not bleeding through a pad an hour. But the blood changes in color. Sometimes it's that light blood and others it's the dark red blood. I so have some minor cramping...if you can even call it that. But I thought by now the clots would have stopped. Also like the other day I had that whitish yellowish discharge but then it went back to this type of bleeding. So confused...
