Anyone else is suffering from Anxiety?

This is my second pregnancy and ever since I've been experiencing allot of anxiety. Any recommendations?

Yes. I worry about the baby all the time. That something I'm doing or eating, etc is hurting the baby. I have a doppler but because of my tilted uterus it's a bitch to find the hb. I also worry because I had ppd after having my daughter. But at least I know how to help myself this time if I have it again.

I suffer from depression, bipolar, anxiety, ptsd, & insomnia. So far the doctors don't want me on anxiety meds. I was however put on Zoloft, 100mg, and I was just recently put on buspar for anxiety, so far I haven't seen a difference, and I should right now. I don't think they'll write anything else, like ativan, valium, xanaxs, or klonopin. Not safe for baby. I am also on Ambien 5mg. To help me sleep..sometimes it helps, other times it doesn't. If it's bothering you terribly, talk to your obgyn or if you see a therapist, talk to them about getting treatment. Baby feels everything you do...
