So. I used to be sooooo active, before baby... soccer, dancing, hiking, gym...... since month 5 of my pregnancy π€°π», I have done NOTHINGGGGG lol... my legs are gone , my behind .. lol I keep saying Iβm going to work out and guess what, I DONTTTTTTT... I saw a post on this app about βbodyfitbalanceβ
I purchased it and staying committed lol Gna do these at home exercises and stop eating donuts and drinking so many lattes πππ.. Iβm getting my glutes back !!!! Baby needs a strong healthy momma too!!!!
