I gave head and swallowed and literally an hour after I was shitting like mad. Is this normal?

I definitely think it is connected because I noticed a while ago that swallowing my bfs cum gave me diarrhea. After a while I realized that it was more likely to happened if I swallowed on an empty stomach, so swallowing after morning head is no longer an option lol.
