Anyone had VBAC ?

I’m trying for VBAC this time. Want to know if anyone had successful VBAC yet. 
Love to have some tips ! And interested in birth stories too.

I’ve had two successful vbac and hoping for a 3rd one any day now. I think what helps me is not getting the epidural until I’m past 6 cm dilated or if possible not at all so you can feel when pushing so not to push too hard as it is a risk of rupturing the uterus.

I just had a successful vbac this morning...I didn't have time for pain meds it happened so quick...but I was able to get up and walk and everything shortly after birth...feel like the healing will be easier this time
