Itchy swollen face.

Anyone have any experience with itchy patches of skin on the face? In particular my chin and cheeks. Also a bit swollen but I think that might be from all the scratching. My skin feels very warm to the touch.

Almost like an allergic reaction.

Been using moisturizing creams and finally a light cortisone cream which has helped so far but the itchyness keeps coming back and driving me crazy.

I'm 26 weeks btw and asked my doctor but she wasn't too worried and referred me to a dermatologist if it doesn't clear up.
