10 weeks pp and I’m miserable

Okay so I’m 10 weeks postpartum and 10 weeks since I had my tubes tied. I’ve already had a regular period since then but now I’m having a lot just cramps Nd that’s it’s 😞 I’m nursing but that didn’t stop my periods with my second who I nursed for multiple years.

Is this caused by my tubes being tied? My dr said that they think that’s why and I’ve never heard of that before. Thinking of getting a second oppinion bc I’ve felt nauseated for the last 3 days and having cramps that seem to be getting worse each day 😭
