I made two blenders full of fruit and veggie smoothies and poured them in an ice tray to freeze. Now I have to just fill a cup w. The ice cubes and go. Super fast and super healthy.

Next time I go shopping in buying a vegetable platter with ranch dip. I bought cucumbers for snacks. Yesterday for dinner I made a stir fry which was healthy. Chicken breast is good too! If I do get the urge for junk food I buy the baked potato chips, healthier than regular. Any fruits obv. Make your own oatmeal and add fruit it's really good! Lol hope I helped a little (:

I'm super picky. I legit eat like a 4 year old. so trying to eat healthy is a struggle lol

I've been snacking on watermelon and lots of peppermints. It sorta helps but I'm still having a hard time keeping down more than a kid sized meal.

I'm having bran flakes and banana for breakfast. Snacking on fruit and carrot sticks as much as I can. Something like jacket potato and beans or tuna for lunch. Dinners I'm struggling with because I'm just not fussed by that point. But I'm hungry haha. Been trying to make something in the morning. Like spag Bol. Or curry. Or chicken and veg. I'm eating loads of carbs 🙈 but trying to have fruit and veg too.
