Sleep help?!

I have a 5 month old and is putting her to bed at 6-630 too early?! She falls asleep fine and wakes only once at night to feed. She then gets up at 6am for the day. Help!!!

I guess it depends if you want her up that early in the morning.
It all depends on your schedule. We put ours down at 7:30-8 so she wakes up at 7-8:30 am because I’m not about to get up at 6am unless I have to.

We always put ours at bed at 8pm. And they wake up about 7or8am.

I personally let my son adjust his sleep on his own he slept 6-6 from 2 months to about 7 months then he started staying up later now he sleeps from 8-7 or 8. There’s nothing wrong with them going to sleep that early. I will say it does getting more annoying in my opinion when they start eating real food and you have to feed them before bed lol
