Does this look like enough to go in to l&d? I’ve been 3 times since 34 weeks with contractions but they’ve always been 10 minutes apart. I don’t want to go in if its not the real thing! Should I just wait for my water to break? Please help.

38 weeks 2 days! they said to come in if they are between 5-7 minutes apart but some of them are more than others..do they have to be exactly 5-1-1?
