Cake struggles
I am struggling to find a cake recipe that I like! I’ve made three practice cakes for my son’s first birthday in May, and I’m just not a fan of any of them. I’m trying to do a yellow or white cake with chocolate frosting. The cakes are just too dense. I’d like something light and fluffy. Grr.
