C section bleeding picked up

If I barely move it gushes blood. Almost to week 5 so is this my period now??

I barely bled off and on for like 2ish weeks and hadn’t in over 7 days right before the month mark. Doctor said I looked healed and went ahead and cleared me. Had sex and did very minimal fitness (beginner Pilates) and then this started. A little more cramping and definitely a lot for blood than the hospital right after??

I would spot throughout but this is different. Very tiny clot pieces too. Anyone else experience this? Or start there period this soon?? (breastfeeding and pumping also)
