A spoonful of brown sugar mixed in a little tepid water until it dissolves. An old fashioned remedy but worked the one time I had to use it

We used infacol with every feed then gripe water as well when she was having a bad gas day

Infacol works great for us BUT it can take a few days to start working properly so really persist with it! In meantime use gripe water for more instant relief- it helped but wasnt as effective once infacol started working

My pediatrician told me not to use gripe water because it's not regulated and theres a chance it could be contaminated (he said it's rare but there have been cases of heavy metal contamination.) He suggested a daily probiotic called gerber soothe for colic. It works best for breastfed babies and builds up some healthy digestive bacteria. I just started it today so I've got my fingers crossed it works :)
