Lost MucusPlug No Contractions

Ftm here! Sorry in advance for the ignorance🤦🏽‍♀️

I’m 40wks 3 days. At my last Dr visit I was 2cm dilated 63%effaced. Pretty sure I lost my mucus plug this morning. But I feel no contractions. What do I do now? Lol 😅 I called the hospital and they told me not to worry about it, it’s still too soon. Will walking help push me into labor?
