Echogenic spot on heart in ultrasound

Has anyone had an echogenic spot in their baby's heart? My Dr said it's a soft marker for downs but we had genetic testing and were negative for downs so it didn't concern him really. We will see a pareinatologist(sp?) any ways to have a fetal echocardiogram just for safe measures. Anyone have experience with this!
