Stitches hurting 8wks PP?

I’ll make this short and sweet. My stitches still hurt. I had a 2nd degree tear. They are probably dissolved now so it’s the area hurting.

Couple weeks ago I had crazy burning when peeing. Went to my midwife and she said I had granulated tissue. They used silver nitrate and in a couple days it felt better.

Now 2 weeks later the burning has come back. It’s one specific spot and I get shooting pains sometimes. I feel like my midwife jacked me up when she did my stitches. I made another appt with another practioner.

Has anyone else has this? Will my vagina ever be normal?
