Has anyone had an increase in upset stomach issues?

I’m 36+3 and these last couple weeks I’ve been getting an upset stomach more often. More foods seem to disagree with me. I sometimes have diarrhea or uncomfortable bloating. Anyone else have this symptom or know if it’s normal? I’ll ask my doctor at my next appointment, but that’s next week.

It’s normal, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea is usually a sign of your body trying to empty itself out to get you ready for labor. A lot of times can start a couple weeks/days before you go into labor.

I think it’s normal the closer we get to birth. I wouldn’t say I have full on diarrhea but the past 4 mornings I’ve had bad stomach cramps and loose stool. I’m 36w5d

Yeah I am having this too. I have started to drink a glass of 1/2 orange juice and 1/2 prune juice daily to keep myself cleared out in the hopes that my stomach is ultimately happier...we’ll see. Might just need to give birth at some point here!

Try and eat smaller meals if you can. It’s so hard because I feel extra hungry but then I overdo it and feel miserable with my squished tummy.
