For like the 6th time this pregnancy I’m back in the hospital for high blood pressure. Luckily preeclampsia hasn’t reared it’s ugly head. But I’m getting some pretty high numbers. So my medicine got increased for the 5th time and they are going ahead with giving me steroid shots to help baby’s lungs. Also doing a 24 urine catch to triple check protein.

There is a chance they will just keep me here from now until they need to take baby. out. And the doctor said a crew from NICU will be coming in today just to prep us for what to expect if/when baby comes early. They are hoping to wait at least until 34 weeks (Wednesday). Baby is Breech so will probably be a c-section.

I’m a FTM and this is so scary. One of my biggest concerns is of we’ll be able to establish a breastfeeding relationship as that is so important to me. But my number one concern is baby’s health. So. Priorities!

So. If you are sick of being pregnant and you are 36 weeks or more, just remember how great it is that your baby will be able to come home with you when they are delivered.
