High cervix?

I’m almost 38 weeks and my doctor can’t reach my cervix. Has this happened to anyone else? Why is it so far up?

Same here!!! It hurt so much when he was checking. Was the case with my first born too. It was always high. Until my water broke eventually.

My cervix was high even when I was in active labor. If you make two fists and place them under your hips it makes it easier for them to reach and A LOT less painful :)

Cervixs start High in pregnancy to protect the baby and will come down when its time to go into labor. 
It just means you may have a little while yet before baby comes

Mine is high and behind baby’s head thats sticking out. They almost have to stick their whole hand in.

Try not to be discouraged!!! With my first baby I was checked and they said my cervix was still high.... 4 days later she was born!

Same here :( really high, not dilated and not effaced :( 39+3 with my second, so discouraging :(

😳 can’t reach it? Huh. Well I’m guessing it doesn’t matter. Maybe that’s just your natural anatomy. 🤷‍♀️
