Four days til expected period. If I am pregnant would it show up now

Not necessarily.  It could but all would depend when Implantation took place, your Lp and other things.  A test is 99% when due period is late.  Some woman don't even get positive to a week late or even later. Every woman is differ and every pregnacy. I wouldn't feel to discouraged.  Good luck
