Birth control change up

So I switched birth control from the implant Nexplon (I think that’s how it’s spelled 😂) to the pill Lo Losartin Fe and the change has been great so far now I’ve never really been on the pill before so I was shocked when I got my period before the pills for that time came. Is it normal? Also I feel like myself again after 3 years and I love it 🥰 it sucks that I have to shove meds in my body to avoid having another baby (even tho sometimes I want another one 🤫 my boyfriend is not ready 😂) but it is what has to be done. My daughter is 2 going on 3 (more like 15 🤦🏽‍♀️🤣) and I’ve gotten to the pivotal moment in my life where I want to be healthy and get back into shape. So diet and exercise have been my main objective lately and now that my form of birth control isn’t having me feel down 24/7 I’m pretty happy 😊
