Can I use tampons the day after IUD insertion?

My doctor instructed me not to, issue is I only use tampons. The blood falling into a pad and just flowing gives me anxiety, so I just wear tampons. Tomorrow I start my first day at a local amusement park, in which I’ll be standing up all day, provoking flow. I just don’t want to be super stressed and not focus at work, because I can feel blood flowing.

I know it's not pleasant but it's necessary.

They dilate your cervix which makes you at higher risk for infection. I wouldn't want those toxins entering my body thats just me though. Probably no harm.

Maybe try using a cup? I'm the same way with tampons but have yet to try one myself
