Ladies HELP.

So I’ve been contracting but I’m assuming they are BH because no pain. Just intense tightening. Got checked today(which means nothing really) but 2cm and 80% thinned. I feel like I felt a tickle of water but who knows? I could’ve peed(wouldn’t be the first time) I hate when people go to ER for non emergencies so I don’t wanna run there right away. What should I do?
