Should I be with her?

Okay so I have a 6 week old baby , with my ex boyfriend who is not in baby’s life . I realized I’m still in love with my ex girlfriend ( yes girlfriend) & I’m wondering if I should try things out with her again . We are very close and have been for 5 years already . Is it bad to raise a baby with 2 women? That’s the only thing holding me back :/ . Just don’t know what to do cause it’s not just about me anymore . Any advice would be appreciated thank you

I think try it out first before putting her as a part of your child’s life, you don’t want the little one to get attached and it end up not working out like you hoped.

Nothing wrong with 2 women raising a child but consider the reasons why the both of your broke up before trying things again to see if it's worth it. If it wasn't anything serious then I would give it a shot!

The only thing I would question is you two broke up for a reason. I don’t care that it be two women with a child.  I don’t see a problem with that at all.  In my experience it’s never really a good idea to go back to an ex.   That not to say it can’t work out because it could. And the 3 of you could be very happy just remember she an ex for a reason first.

Nah plenty of lesbian couples raise well adjusted babies but like stated in another comment definitely try things for a bit before involving her with your child as you cant be sure things will work and its not just you anymore like you said. It'd suck dor your baby to grow attached to her then it not work out and she is gone.

You should absolutely be with the one you love. A baby needs a home with a loving parent or parents, no matter weather it is a gay or straight couple. A loving home is most important and love is love

Think very carefully about why this person didn’t work out before. Anyone you’re going to be bringing into your child’s life has the potential to cause a lot of heartbreak for them because children do get very attached. Don’t bring her around your child until you are absolutely sure about her.

There’s nothing wrong with two women (or two men) raising a baby. But maybe just focus on your child for a little bit before worrying about a relationship
