Confused

So i went into Er today.. because i have pneumonia well they did a scan and technically doing the math i should be 9 weeks

Well doc did an ultrasound granted he said “my machine is more of a Ford compared to a Mercedes” meaning it’s not as great as the one at the obgyn office..

But it took him forever and when he did find it he said “by no means do you look 9 weeks you are looking more 6” but because we have an apt on the 16th with obgyn- he didn’t look into it further

Mentally and emotionally I’m going crazy.. we have been through one miscarriage and I’m truly devastated

Just need some insight and if this has happened..
