Has any one tried the coconut oil diet?

I've been afraid to, I'm allergic to coconut and coconut flavoring, or at least I've always said I was, so now I'm afraid because I can't remember if I actually am allergic or if I just don't like the flavor. **i am a horrible person.

What is the coconut oil diet or how does it work

I love using coconut oil even though I just started this month. I've felt better. I add to my fruit smoothies. I also use it vaginally to help keep yeast infections away and help TTC during my fertile window. I've tried to do the pulling but I usually forget.

Not the diet but I melted it just warm enough to melt and put it in my hair for 20 mins my hair was so soft and not frizzy like it normally is until I straighten it. It felt great.
