Ovulating or Pregnant?

Ok so has anyone here ever experienced sore breast before and around ovulation? Just asking because my period ended 2 weeks ago and isn’t due for another 2weeks and it’s soo unusual that my boobs are sore right now! But I did ovulation test today n says I’m at peak but at same time I feel different! Can you get smiley face on opk if pregnant? First time ever getting a smiling face because my hormones have always been out of whack and I’m on hormone pills to help my prolactin levels and now I feel like this! Idk I’m all over the place lol
