Cramping in early pregnancy?

So I got a positive pregnancy test yesterday and today. I'm guessing I'm around 4 weeks along, but I'm having some cramping, is that normal? I don't remember it with my first but with this one I'm having cramping almost like when your about to start your period so it's pretty light and it's kind of up higher and in my back. Could it just be gas?

I had a lot of cramping, all the way up until my 6 week mark. My doctor said it was totally normal as long as I wasn't cramping and bleeding. It totally freaked me out but it's my first pregnancy so I think my body was just getting used to it!

I actually asked the doctor about this today and she said as long as it is not intense pain or bleeding, that it is completely normal.

My sister didn't have cramping with her first 2 but with this one she is having cramping.
I usually hve cramping just before my period really bad but this time I didn't have any until the night I got my BFP they were light but it was just my uterus stretching. I'm 4w3d right now.
