What did your doula, husband, mom, sister, nurse, best friend, etc. Say to you to help you through the contraction pain and pushing in those long hours? I’m doing a water birth, no epi, and l’ll be in a foreign country with no family/friend support but him. He’s going to have to man up and be my support partner. Give me ideas that I can write down for him as a study guide!
