Ring of fire ?

I keep hearing about it but what is it ?

When babys head reaches a certain point in birth and it burns like napalm on the entrance of your vagoo.

Don't get too scared, it doesn't apply to everyone. I never felt a ring of fire. I mean don't get me wrong, the whole process hurt like hell, but for me it was more or less the same the whole time I pushed.

Haven’t experienced it but I heard a woman down the hall having her baby natural and she was screaming out this world I will never forget it !

At the point you feel it you are almost about to meet baby so as painful as it is you know your at s good point and near the end!!

I just had my little one on April 9 naturally and the doctor warned me of the ring of fire lol! It hurt badly like I was on fire down there but it only lasted like 5 seconds and everyone was yelling here comes baby so that kept me focused on meeting her and not the pain!

I also never felt the ring of fire- it was more like a ridiculous pressure but not really painful- in that moment I felt like my body just took over and knew to just push as hard as I could- also, had an amazing epidural
